Hi All

It’s AGM time again and all Centres need committees to keep going. As we are not getting a lot of new blood in, it’s all down to the members we have got. A lot have done their bit to keep Centres running, this message is for those members who have not.

I know it seems a very daunting thought to take on a position on the committee, but remember you are not on your own. There is always someone to help you into the role and remember you can only do your best. You can put your ideas across at committee meetings to guide the Centre on a route you want. Change can be good. Meetings are fun, but you are there to drive your Centre forward.

What would you do with your weekends if you couldn’t rally and spend time with friends. So this year more than any year I’ve known in the 24 years of being on committee we need you more than ever.

So please, please think about it. Have a word with any other committee member or speak with Sue or I,  we will try to guide you in the right direction.

I for one do not want to have to look at the consequences without a Centre.

Take care.
