Please return these in good time, allowing at least two days in the post. Rally marshals endeavour to plan for your pleasure – please help them by booking in good time. It is helpful if you can estimate your time of arrival. If you book and find you are unable to attend, please notify the rally marshal as soon as possible. See centre rule 4.
Late alterations to rally details can only be sent to those who have booked in time.
Since our AGM in 2018 our marshals are required to acknowledge your booking if you provide a S.A.E. with your rally slip.
If you are likely to have friends or family visiting you over the rally and you would like them to stay for the social, PLEASE check with the marshals BEFORE the rally to avoid any embarrassment.
New rally slips have been designed for 2025.
Please ensure that you use the new slips and destroy any old versions. You can rally without Suffolk membership, Suffolk Rally slips can be used but where it says centre it should be completed as Club Member.
