When arriving at the rally venue, the rally marshals will usually be sited at the entrance. Stop by their caravans and book in. You will then be shown to your pitch. Follow their instructions, normally siting your caravan with the front offside corner over the marker peg, with your car at the side (see diagram). This will enable easy access for all vehicles.

If you need any help or advice during the rally please do not hesitate in asking either the marshals or any of your fellow ralliers.
RECOMMENDED SPACE TO BE A MINIMUM 20 FEET BETWEEN FACING WALLS OF ADJACENT CARAVANS.

YELLOW FLAG

Under these circumstances members must not take their cars on or off the rally field without the permission of the the Rally Marshals.

This ruling is to prevent excessive damage to the landowner’s property and your co-operation is required.

At the discretion of the Rally Marshal, Blue Badge holders may override the yellow flag.

TOWING

Should it be necessary to use tractors or four-wheeldrive vehicles for the movement of cars and caravans in adverse weather conditions. The Caravan and Motorhome Club, The Centre, Rally Marshals, owners or drivers of the towing vehicles will not accept responsibility for any damage.
