| Directions: | From the a12 take the A1094 sp Aldeburgh and Leiston. After approx. 4 miles turn left onto the B1353 sp Thorpeness and SCCC rally signs to site. |
| Services: | Own sanitation essential. No electric hook-up on site, use only 12v electrics, shops, café, antiques, pubs and boating lake in the village. Other shops and supermarkets can be found in the Aldeburgh 2 miles away or Leiston 4 miles away. Monday the 17th of August is Aldeburgh carnival, Friday the 21st is Thorpeness regatta both of these are followed by a sensational fireworks display. |
| Programme: | We will be having a marquee again this year with entertainment throughout the week. Friday evening, we will be selling burgers and sausages with a welcome cup of tea or coffee (please bring your cups). Flagpole will be Saturday 15th at 11 a.m. and also the Sunday 23rd at 11 a.m. We will be having cheesy bingo, disco/band, quiz night and other evening entertainment with hot food for sale on one or two nights in the week. Table top sale with our fantastic cake sale. We will also be having a bouncy castle face paints colouring and sports day and many more activities for the children and families.
