We have been advised by Connie and Ian that Garry’s funeral will be taking place 10:00 Wednesday 26th August at St Peter & St Mary Church, Station Road West, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 1ES. Following the service those who wish, will be welcome to make their way to The Royal George Colchester Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 4SR. Where the family will join them following a private family committal. Family flowers only please. An option for donations to St Elizabeth Hospice is being arranged and will be provided in due course. There will also be provisions made for donations on the day.   ...

Paul & Diane Fitch have started to sell some equipment that they have purchased (not the centre) but all profit from the sales will go to the chairman's charity. They will try and take it to all the rallies they attend and would welcome your support. Look out for the Chairman's caravan or Equipment Sales Feather Flag. We have received the sad news that Malcolm Wilkinson, who used to rally for many years, has passed away. For those who wish to attend, his funeral is taking place 1:45 31st July at Colchester Crematorium CO2 8PU. Our thoughts are with his family. ...

Unfortunately, the Trustees of the Suffolk Punch Trust have decided to close the visitor centre, due I believe to finance to keep it open, as some of you know the rally is held in the grounds of the visitor centre and we have been advised that it cannot be run.The Marshals of the rally are very sorry it has had to be cancelled, but it is out of our control, and we take this opportunity to thank the ralliers who have supported us on the Suffolk Punch Trust rallies over several years.This also impacts the Division Question Time event, being run within the visitor centre.The Division Chair and myself have travelled to alternate venues to try to rescue the situation, but have been unable to secure a suitable venue, to fit the dates, Q/T Hall, attractions and rally space required, and in consultation with the Caravan and Motorhome Club HQ it has been confirmed that this year’s event is cancelled,...

It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the recent passing of Ken Cribb. Ken and Mary rallied with Suffolk Centre on many occasions over the years. Details of Ken’s funeral can be found on the South Essex CAMC website, and is taking place on 13th January at noon. Ken and Mary relocated from Hallowtree to Basildon March 2025. We are sure many will join with us in sending Mary our condolences. ...
