We decided that we would get to the
Newmarket rally early so we arrived about
2.30 and the sun was shinning. We had teas
and coffees Friday evening and we could hear
the commentators on the racing which was
opposite where we were staying. We where
right next to the Rowley Mile track and it
was a lovely place to rally. We where
sitting outside the van at about 9.40 when
all of a sudden Tom Jones started to sing,
(he was quite good actually for an olden),
he finished about 10.10 and it was then to
bed.
Saturday was a relaxing day
and flagpole was Saturday evening. We
decided to have a breakfast on the Sunday
morning and all money raised went to the
chairman's charity. We really enjoyed the
rally at Newmarket and hope that it is on
next year so we can go again.

at all times on the rally field. Leads must not exceed 3m (ten
feet) in length. Dogs must be kept under control and exercised
