EASTER
‘KEEPS IT COUNTRY’
BLACKBOURNE HALL
ELMSWELL
APRIL 2009
WE KEPT IT
COUNTRY AT EASTER
Jan & I would like to express our thanks
to the marshals of this rally for a
super weekend, the best one so far.
Thursday evening the Villagers put on a
musical evening and every one enjoy
this. Friday evening was quiz night and
this was fun with most of us getting the
wrong answers.
Saturday night was the first of two
country music evenings and we were
entertained by the fabulous KEVIN BARRY
and after three sets the whole hall were
on their feet calling for more which he
duly gave.
Sunday night and the very versatile duo
CAMPBELLS COUNTRY again gave us a very
good evening and no-one wanted the
evening to finish.
With the tea and coffee and hot cross
buns we all had a great time and look
forward to next year. Kath & George will
be taking a back seat next year and John
& Marion will take the lead, same team
but the other way round. Well done all
of you !!
Best wishes Jan
& Ed Cuffe
