Having just returned today from
a really enjoyable 5 days at the Debenham
CMF, we thought you might like to see the
photograph of some of us Suffolk Centre
folk taken during the last evening of the
festival. The names behind the faces (in
case some people don't know and in no
particular order) are:- Sue & Alan, Jan &
Colin, Joy & Tom and Jan & Jim.
In spite of the variable weather conditions
everyone appeared to thoroughly enjoy the
event and our thanks go to Ed and Jan Cuffe
and their team of marshals for all their
hard work which obviously made the festival
a real success.
The entertainment was excellent and some of
us even managed to do a bit of line-dancing
as well. We are also now well versed in the
song "Best of Friends" which was the final
song and brought each evening to a close.
We have it on good authority that apparently
Alan Green woke up Sunday morning still
singing it!! We're not sure if he was
actually awake or still asleep at the time!!
