The Free n Easy Rally

Many thanks to rally marshals Mel & Steve Garrard ,Tina & Steve Eagle (first time assisting as marshals) for a very pleasant, relaxing rally. The weather was excellent, the atmosphere happy and relaxed, the fete at the end of the rally field very enjoyable, especially the refreshments in the hall, everyone agreed that we would have liked to stay longer. Trevor was asked to open the fete by the organizers, which he did with great aplomb.

During this excellent weekend I would especially like to thank Steve and the marshals for their hard work and the way they set out the field so that visitors were able to park away from the vans. It made ralliers and visitors feel much more comfortable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Philip and a number of other Blaxhall Parish Council and Village Hall Committee members this weekend. They were all very grateful for us supporting their annual fete and invited us back next year. In return, I thanked them for allowing us to rally at Blaxhall, a very beautiful venue which has become regular in our calendar. We look forward to returning in 2010.

Well Behaved Pet Owners
Please remember owners must keep their dogs (and cats) on a lead at all times on the rally field. Leads must not exceed 3m (ten feet) in length. Dogs must be kept under control and exercised off the rally field. Thank you.
