THE EASTER EGGSPERIENCE
THE MEMORIAL HALL
SUTTON, WOODBRIDGE

Directions: From the A12 take the Melton road, straight over traffic lights. Over the railway crossing and at the roundabout take the B1083 towards Bawdsey. Follow rally signs.

Services: Own sanitation essential. No Hook-up. The Plough public house a short walk away.
  
Programme:

Traditional Easter fun to include games and competitions in the hall and on the rally field. Full weekend of entertainment:

Friday morning - Hot Crossed Buns in the hall with a mug of tea or coffee.

Friday evening  - 70s night with Fancy Dress if you dare !   Live entertainment with "Tricks of the Trade" not to be missed.

Saturday "do as you please" day, we with have tea and coffee in the hall.

Saturday evening - Race night, followed by music, dance and a bit of karaoke by "EA Sound".

Sunday Morning - Charity "breakfast in a bap" (optional £1.50 per person) followed by Easter Egg Hunt

Sunday evening - Flagpole followed by Prize Bingo with your Marshals.

Monday - Relax before the rally closes at 3pm

VANS MAY ARRIVE FROM 10AM THURSDAY
Cash only, no cheques please (as we have to pay the venue and entertainers fees).

Rally fee £42.00 including site fees, use of hall, all entertainment, sundries, admin, plaque and VAT

Well Behaved Pet Owners

Please remember owners must keep their dogs (and cats) on a lead at all times on the rally field. Leads must not exceed 3m (ten feet) in length. Dogs must be kept under control and exercised off the rally field. Thank you.

Walking Pace
We remind members every year but it is so easy to forget in the excitement of the moment as you arrive on the rally field. Please keep your speed to WALKING PACE at all times, thank you.
