Book
early to avoid disappointment. But if you need
to cancel,
please remember to let the rally marshal
know asap. You may be asked to pay a
"non attendance fee" if you cancel late or do not turn
up. This is to help cover any rally
costs incurred

You can
rally at short notice. Even though
the rally slip date has passed, there
are quite often vacancies or last minute
cancellations and the rally marshal may
be able to accommodate you. Telephone
the marshal before you plan your
weekend. Late bookings may not receive a
rally plaque
|
