Ben Fitch and Eleanor Chipperfield...
...were
married at St. Leonards Church, Lexden,
Colchester on Saturday 18th October 2008, in
glorious sunshine followed by a reception at
the Marks Tey Hotel. It was fantastic day
for all !
The new Mr. & Mrs. Fitch are now
honeymooning in Cancun, Mexico. Ben & Ellie
are Suffolk Centre members and Ben is the
son of Paul and Jan Fitch.
Wedding Day for Jan
and Jim
Congratulations to Jan and Jim Williamson on
their marriage in December.
We were delighted to enjoy their company at
the Christmas Spectacular Rally, Banham Zoo
before they flew off to Canada for their
honeymoon.
Jan an Jim sent the following message:
Firstly, Jim and I would like to thank you
and the other marshals for a really nice
weekend at Banham. We appreciate it
wasn't easy for you especially with the
weather conditions and the electricity
problems. Nevertheless, a good time
was had by all, thanks again.
Please could you post the attached photo on
the website with our thanks to everyone for
their very kind wishes to both Jim and
myself, following our wedding. We
really did appreciate them all.
We're looking forward to our next rally and
catching up with old friends once again.

Sue and Trev Smith celebrated their Silver
wedding anniversary in November with a tour
of Highway One and the Sierra Nevada
Mountains in California.
It was a big surprise to Sue when Trev
"popped the question" again and the happy
couple renewed their wedding vows at The
Chapel of The Bells in Lake Tahoe. "It was a
fabulous location and a dream come true"
said Sue.
Trev had dreamt up the idea following their
visit in 2002. He also boasts that he has
committed Sue to another 25 years, so roll
on 2032 when it will be their Golden Wedding
!

Fire Bucket Rule
From October 2009 it will be a Suffolk Centre
rule that all caravans attending a rally will need to have a "fire bucket" filled with water adjacent to their "A" frame.
